What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order on our website we will ask you for the following personal information:
· Your name
· Billing address
· Delivery/shipping address and any special delivery instructions (if applicable)
· Phone number and;
· Email address
This information will be provided to the courier service we choose to deliver your order.
Credit card tokens are stored by our eCommerce platform Commerce7; "tokens" being a string of randomly generated numbers that are converted from sensitive cardholder data. We do NOT store credit card information.
Our eCommerce platform may also store your IP Address and User Agent details to facilitate communication between the device you are using and our website.
If you have created an account or membership with us as part of our Wine Club, we will also store information about your purchase history. This will allow us to tailor product offerings and experiences to you. You may update or modify some of your account information by logging into your member account.

Canobolas Wines does not sell its database or details about customers to third parties. We may however release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of those affiliated with Canobolas Wines.
Use of cookies
'Cookies' are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login to your account.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that is stored about you by our eCommerce platform is encrypted and kept within a virtual private network which has strict protection measures in place, including regular security scans.

Because of the nature of our business, our products and services are not designed to appeal to minors, and therefore we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children. Our terms and conditions of use require that access to the Site is limited to persons of legal age to purchase alcohol in their country of residence and in the country from which they are accessing the Site. If we have reason to believe that information is being provided by a person under the legal drinking age, we will not collect the information.
